joa9 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the joa9 website at joa9.ws, all associated subdomains, mobile web applications, and any related digital services operated by joa9.
• "Account" means a registered Player account held on the Platform, uniquely identified by a username and password combination.
• "Player Balance" means the total real-money funds currently held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to specific wagering or turnover conditions before they may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the base currency of all real-money transactions on the joa9 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for all joa9 Accounts before withdrawals are enabled.
• "Bet" means any wager, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money funds from their Account.
• "Void Bet" means a Bet that has been cancelled and returned to the Player at the original stake amount, as if the Bet had not been placed.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limit controls, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion functions available in every joa9 Account settings panel.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms come into force upon the completion of the Account registration process at joa9.ws. By clicking "Register" or equivalent confirmation during the sign-up process, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety;
• You understand and accept all provisions without reservation;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

2.2 These Terms must be read together with the joa9 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and joa9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless the other document expressly states otherwise.

2.3 joa9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 16. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the joa9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You do not already hold an existing active joa9 Account (one Account per person is permitted);
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of joa9, nor are you a close family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order applied through joa9 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

3.2 joa9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe specified by joa9, the Account may be suspended pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each individual may hold only one Account on the joa9 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, joa9 may close all associated Accounts, void any open Bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Any changes must be reported to joa9 support promptly.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. joa9 will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify joa9 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 All activity carried out on the Platform using your Account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified joa9 of a suspected account compromise in writing via [email protected].

5. KYC Verification

5.1 All joa9 Accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer verification before withdrawal functionality is enabled. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport. Additional documents may be required at joa9's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.

5.2 joa9 targets a KYC review turnaround of under 2 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may take longer. You will be notified by email or platform notification when your KYC status is updated.

5.3 Providing false, altered, or forged identity documents during KYC is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to the relevant authorities. Any balance associated with a fraudulently verified Account will be permanently forfeited.

5.4 joa9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access and request re-verification of identity at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that Account details have changed or that the Account has been compromised.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Deposits to a joa9 Account may be made using any of the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). joa9 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6.2 joa9 does not charge fees on deposits made via supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges; joa9 has no control over and takes no responsibility for third-party fees.

6.3 Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically reflected in your joa9 Player Balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing institution.

6.4 You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or business accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.

6.5 joa9 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals are available only to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

7.2 joa9 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for verified Accounts requesting withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket during BST business hours (09:00–21:00 BST Monday–Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day within the same target window.

7.3 Before a withdrawal is processed, joa9 may require confirmation that all active Bonus Funds conditions (see Section 8) have been met. Withdrawing real-money funds while active bonus wagering requirements remain in progress may result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

7.4 joa9 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction or ৳200,000 per rolling 30-day period. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and does not constitute suspicion of wrongdoing.

7.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Cashier section. joa9 reserves the right to deduct a processing fee from withdrawals where the Player's deposit activity does not meet minimum turnover thresholds, as specified in the current fee schedule.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 joa9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.

8.2 General bonus conditions that apply across all joa9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Funds and bonus winnings carry a maximum withdrawal cap unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Players may not stack or combine multiple bonus offers simultaneously.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent value prior to fulfilment of all applicable conditions.
• joa9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require.

8.3 Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers — will have their Account suspended, all bonus-derived winnings voided, and the matter referred for investigation.

9. Betting Rules

9.1 All sports bets placed on the joa9 Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the Help and Rules section of the Platform. These sport-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 joa9 reserves the right to void any bet at any time where:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error in the odds;
• The underlying event is subsequently deemed invalid, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules;
• There is credible evidence that the event outcome was subject to match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violation;
• The bet was placed after the actual start time of the event contrary to the applicable pre-match betting rules;
• The bet breaches any provision of these Terms or the applicable sport-specific rules.

9.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the bet placement interface. joa9 may apply individual Account-level stake restrictions at its discretion, including where a Player is found to be consistently exploiting pricing errors or engaging in systematic arbitrage activity.

9.4 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match markets except where the in-play rules expressly differ. In-play odds are updated in real time and accepted bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance — not at any subsequent odds. Connectivity issues on the Player's side do not entitle the Player to cancel an accepted in-play bet.

9.5 Cricket betting on the joa9 Platform covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and other tournaments at joa9's discretion. Tournament-specific rules, including rain interruption policies and over-reduction calculations, are published in the Cricket Betting Rules document available on the Platform.

10. Casino & Slots

10.1 All casino games and slot titles available on the joa9 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game-specific rules and Return to Player (RTP) information are available within each game's information panel.

10.2 All RNG (random number generator) slot and table games on joa9 use certified random number generation technology. The outcomes of all RNG games are statistically independent — no previous result influences any future result. joa9 does not control individual game outcomes.

10.3 Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. In the event of a live feed disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's established disconnection policy. joa9 is not liable for connectivity issues originating from a Player's internet service provider or device.

10.4 Progressive jackpot amounts displayed within the Platform are provided in real time from the game provider and are subject to variation. joa9 does not guarantee any specific jackpot value and is not liable for discrepancies between displayed and actual jackpot amounts at the moment of a winning outcome.

11. Prohibited Conduct

11.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joa9 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening, operating, or using multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different identities;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform functionality;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Colluding with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate winnings — any winnings derived from known or suspected bugs must be reported immediately and will be voided;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC, including the use of someone else's identity documents;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering;
• Placing bets on the outcomes of events in which you hold insider information or have any influence over the outcome;
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 joa9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.

12.2 Upon permanent Account closure initiated by joa9 for cause, any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Player Balance (excluding bonus-derived funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method, net of any applicable processing fees, following completion of any outstanding investigations.

12.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting joa9 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 BST business days. Any remaining verified Player Balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

12.4 Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. joa9 may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee to dormant Accounts as specified in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1 joa9 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. We provide all registered Players with access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts at intervals of your choosing to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the joa9 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. Any remaining verified balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you.

13.2 joa9 enforces the 21+ age requirement rigorously. We actively monitor Account activity for indicators of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Players whose activity patterns suggest a potential issue. joa9 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any Account without the Player's request where we believe such action is in the Player's best interest.

13.3 If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] or activate a self-exclusion immediately via your Account settings. Please remember: gambling should be entertaining, not a source of financial stress.

14. Intellectual Property

14.1 All content on the joa9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, and data — is the property of joa9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of joa9.

14.3 The joa9 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of joa9. Unauthorised use of joa9 trademarks for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 The joa9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While joa9 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, joa9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

15.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joa9's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.3 joa9 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if joa9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

15.4 joa9 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, or from any Player acting on information, tips, or predictions obtained from third-party sources not affiliated with joa9.

16. Amendments to These Terms

16.1 joa9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, joa9 will provide notice to Players via a prominent on-Platform notification and/or email to the registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

16.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document and in the footer of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.3 If you do not accept any amendment, you must notify joa9 before the effective date and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3. Your verified real-money balance will be returned to you upon closure.

17.4 These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted international online gaming industry standards. joa9 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence framework and adheres to the conditions set therein.
